The Waterhouse in Monkton Combe, Bath, has been marketed for offers of over £ 2.75million on behalf of The Wilsher Pension Trust.
The Waterhouse is an 18e Century-old country house that sits on a 3.22 acre site and is surrounded by landscaped gardens and views of the meadows. The Waterhouse offers hotel accommodation with 13 en-suite bedrooms and 10 serviced offices.

The site was originally an important stone country house built at the end of the 18th century. The house was extended when a modern wing was added in 1983, which now houses the hotel.
