Schwartz Sladkus Reich Greenberg Atlas LLP expands to 444 Madison Avenue
Schwartz Sladkus Reich Greenberg Atlas LLP (SSRGA), a leading New York-based full-service law firm, has extended its existing 33,000 square foot lease at 444 Madison Avenue by 12,000 square feet, increasing its total presence in the building to a total of 45,000 square feet.
SSRGA will occupy the entire sixth floor and parts of the fifth and seventh floors of
444 Madison Avenue, all of which will be connected by internal stairwells. The company
is now the anchor tenant of 444 Madison and has also extended its existing lease for
coinciding with the 10-year lease for the new space.
SSRGA’s practice areas include real estate, real estate development, cooperatives and
representation on the condominium board, real estate and commercial litigation, health care, matrimonial law, family law, right of appeal, reproduction law, trusts and estates,
estate administration, nonprofit, corporate, landlord/tenant, fundraising, intellectual
property and insurance.

The Deco building takes up an entire city block in Midtown and offers stunning views of St. Patrick’s Cathedral and the New York Palace Hotel.

Paul Amrich, vice president, and Meghan Allen, vice president with CBRE represented
SSRGA recently expanded to South Florida, merging two companies and establishing an office in Boca Raton. This expansion brought appellate law, administrative law and criminal appeals to the SSRGA’s existing practice areas.
